Dieci's new Mini Agri-e, the company’s first fully electric telehandler, recently made its debut to the Italian public at Fieragricola 2024 in Verona. Started in 1898, Fieragricola is one of the industry’s oldest international agricultural exhibitions. The 116th edition of the show brought 730 exhibitors from around the world and tens of thousands of visitors to more than 100 events. Dieci’s stand at the event highlighted the Mini Agri-e and the Agri Max Power X2 telehandler.

    Dieci Mini Agri-e Features

The electric telehandler has the same chassis as Deici’s standard 26.6 model and is well-suited for use in various industries including stables, nurseries, and others. Dieci powers the telehandler with an electric motor and a modular lithium battery pack that buyers can customise with the number of batteries that best meets the needs of their operation. New functions and plug-ins are still under development to further optimise the telehandler in the future.

The e-telehandler has a 19-kilowatt (25-horsepower) traction motor and a 22-kW (29.5-HP) hydraulic system motor. The battery pack is expandable at any time, even after purchase. Dieci says the Mini Agri-e can perform a full day’s work on a single charge. It has three charging sockets connected to the onboard battery charger system as standard.

The telehandler has a maximum flow rate of 2,600 kilograms (5,732 pounds) and a lifting height of 5.7 metres (18.6 feet). The Mini Agri-e has three driving modes (Standard, Eco, and Power) and a maximum speed of 24 km/h (15 mph).

Vibrations and noise are reduced to a minimum and the e-telehandler has an adjustable steering wheel, a stereo, a sunscreen, and a cushioned, ergonomic suspension seat to increase operator comfort.

At Fieragricola, Dieci also showcased the Agri Max Power X2 telehandler with a lifting capacity of 6,500 kilograms and a maximum lift height of 9 metres. (Photo courtesy of Dieci.)

The Dieci Agri Max Power X2 Telehandler

The Agri Max Power X2 is ideal for demanding jobs at biogas plants, recycling plants, and large farms such as livestock and cereal operations. The telehandler has the HVT-1 continuous transmission, a lifting capacity of 6,500 kg (14,330 lbs), a maximum height of 9 m (29.5 feet), and a travel speed of 50 km/h (31 mph).

The Agri Max Power X2 has a shock-absorbing cab with a hydraulic suspension system and advanced shake, wall, and memory boom functions to simplify daily tasks. The electronically controlled shock-absorbing system on the front axle improves control and comfort, especially at higher speeds.
